IMPORTANT UPDATE: We will open for the cooling assistance on May 1st at 8:30 AM for the general public. Please check back at that time. Thank you.
Confirmation Numbers: If you successfully book an appointment online or by phone, you will receive a confirmation number. Keep this number.
If you do not receive a valid confirmation number, your appointment was not scheduled, and we will not be able to see you.
Once the appointments are booked full for all counties, a waitlist will open in the event we receive additional funding.
Please note: Adding yourself to the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment.
FLOYD COUNTY:
Please note, there are TWO locations for Floyd county. Please be mindful of your appointment location, date, and time.
